Compressed garbage trucks in China generally suffer from issues such as high operating noise and disturbance to residents. When designing and manufacturing garbage trucks, careful consideration should be given to the vehicle chassis, engine, and power take-off. (4) Strengthen the sealing at the connection between the loader and the carriage to prevent garbage leakage and leachate dripping during the compression process.
Low utilization rate of load capacity
Reducing the self weight of compressed garbage trucks and improving their load utilization will reduce the operating costs of vehicles. Due to the complex structure and large self weight of the Compressed Garbage Truck, the design of the vehicle chassis should prioritize the selection of domestically produced chassis with high technical content, good power, light self weight, and high cost-effectiveness. High strength materials should be used to reduce the self weight of the loading; Fenders, decorative parts, cover plates, and other auxiliary components can use injection molded parts with lower density and components with higher integration to reduce space occupation and self weight, while also improving the working performance of hydraulic systems.
