1. Steps for Placing Garbage Truck Box
① After starting the train, attach the power take-off and push the locking hook operating handle down to the retracted position. The locking oil cylinder retracts, causing the locking frame to flip down. The flipping frame is detached from the garbage bin and locked in place with the attached frame. Release the handle to return it to the center position;
② Pull the operating handle of the pull arm to the extended position, extend the pull arm oil cylinder, rotate the movable pull arm around the hinge axis of the flipping frame, and the garbage bin will flip and tilt down together with the movable pull arm; When placing garbage bins, it is strictly prohibited to stand at the rear of the carriage.
③ After placing the pull arm type garbage truck, adjust the position of the movable pull arm hook and the box hook to make it uncouple, push the pull arm operating handle down to the falling position, retract the pull arm oil cylinder, rotate the movable pull arm around the front hinge shaft of the flip frame, put the movable pull arm back on the attached frame, release the power takeoff and place the garbage container, and the whole vehicle can be transported and driven.
2. Steps to lift the garbage truck's garbage bin
① Push the locking hook operating handle to the retracted position, retract the locking cylinder, retract the locking frame, and lock the flipping frame and the attached frame in place;
② Pull the lever of the pull arm operation to the extended position, extend the pull arm oil cylinder, rotate the movable pull arm around the hinge axis of the flipping frame, and place the pull arm in the hook box position. Adjust the height of the pull arm hook appropriately and align it with the bending hook of the box;
③ When the arm hook reaches the box hook, continue to push the operating handle of the arm to the down position, so that the garbage box can continue to get on the vehicle;
④ After the garbage truck body is placed on the attached frame, release the pull arm operating handle to return it to the center position, then pull the locking hook operating handle to the locking position, extend the locking oil cylinder, flip the locking frame, and lock the flipping frame with the garbage truck body. Release the handle to return it to the center position; Complete the loading work of the garbage truck box, release the power take-off, and the entire vehicle can be transported and driven.
