1.1 Design Requirements

The Four Walls Of The Carriage Are Required To Have Sufficient Strength And Stiffness To Resist Impact Deformation And Have Good Cold And Thermal Insulation Functions. Require The Material Density Of The Carriage To Be Low, Light In Weight, And Improve The Utilization Rate Of The Vehicle'S Mass. The Carriage Has Preservation And Refrigeration Functions. The Refrigeration Function Requires A Temperature Of -5 Degrees Celsius Inside The Box, And The Refrigeration Function Requires A Temperature Of -15 Degrees Celsius Inside The Box. The Refrigeration Vehicle Uses A Refrigeration Unit For Refrigeration, Which Requires A Uniform Temperature Distribution Throughout The Entire Compartment During The Refrigeration Process.

To Achieve The Assembly Coordination Of The Floor, Roof, Side Panels, And Front Panels Of Chongqing Automobile Factory, A 45 Degree Wavy Slope Is Set At The Edge Of The Panels.
