1. The purpose is to standardize the management of refrigerated trucks and ensure the quality of refrigerated drugs based on the "Drug Planning Quality Management Standards".

2. In the refrigerated compartment, the distance between the medicine and the front panel of the compartment shall not be less than 10 centimeters, and the distance between the medicine and the rear panel, side panel, and bottom plate shall not be less than 5 centimeters. The height of the medicine stacking shall not cross the lower edge of the refrigeration unit's air outlet to ensure normal airflow circulation and average temperature diffusion.

Turn on the refrigeration unit and temperature monitoring equipment in advance, preheat or pre cool the cabin to the designated temperature;

Turn off the refrigeration unit when loading the vehicle first and complete the drug loading as soon as possible;

After the drug loading is completed, close the carriage door in real time, check the sealing condition of the door, and lock it;

Start and check the operation status of the refrigeration unit and temperature monitoring system. Only when the equipment is running normally can it be put into operation.




Detailed operation instructions:

1. Start the vehicle, open the power control box, push on the power supply switch, and turn on the temperature control system.

2. Settings

2.1 Set the starting temperature of the refrigeration unit to 6.0'C and the stopping temperature to 4.00C in the temperature control system<

2.2 Set alarm parameters in the temperature and humidity recorder: upper temperature limit of 80C, lower temperature limit of 20C; The upper limit of relative humidity is 75%, and the lower limit is 35%,

2.3 Set the temperature and humidity recorder to record every 5 minutes,.

3. Inspection: Before starting, check and confirm the hygiene conditions of the car compartment. The interior of the compartment must be kept clean and free of debris, debris, and other debris.

Start the refrigeration unit, pre cool to 4 ° C, and turn off the refrigeration unit. When loading drugs into the carriage, attention should be paid to placing the goods evenly on the frame with a spacing of no less than 10cm. The placement should be parallel to the wind direction and maintain normal air circulation. The height of drug stacking shall not exceed the air outlet of the refrigeration unit. Leave sufficient ventilation space between the medicine and the carriage. The ventilation distance between the medicine and the front panel of the compartment should not be less than 15 centimeters, and the diversion distance between the medicine and the rear panel, side panel, and bottom plate should not be less than 5 centimeters. In the second loading vehicle, the maximum duration of each time is 5 minutes.




After loading is completed, close the carriage, check the sealing of the carriage door, and start the refrigeration unit. Before departure, check whether the internal and external fans are running normally, whether the cooling is normal, whether the door seal is tight, and whether the carriage is insulated. Check if the temperature and humidity recorder records properly. When the temperature reaches the lower limit, the refrigeration unit automatically stops working. When the temperature limit is reached, the refrigeration unit automatically starts working. When the temperature reaches the limit of 4-6 ℃, the vehicle shall be released after passing the inspection. When loading and unloading midway, the refrigeration unit should be turned off before opening the car door. When unloading, the door should be quickly opened and closed by hand, and the opening time should not exceed 5 minutes each time; If unloading in bulk, it should be carried out in batches with the temperature inside the compartment not exceeding 6 ℃.
