2. Before loading the goods, it is necessary to pre cool the goods and the cargo compartment. A refrigerated truck is designed to transport goods while maintaining the temperature during loading. If the temperature of the cargo is very high or the temperature of the cold storage is very high when loading goods, it may lead to a decrease in the quality of the goods. Therefore, please make sure to pre cool the goods and interior of the cargo compartment to a suitable temperature.
3. The circulation of cold air inside the cargo compartment. The temperature inside the cargo compartment should be kept consistent, so it is necessary to pay attention to the placement of goods and avoid overcrowding.
4. Rapid moving in and out of goods. Opening the refrigerated car door will cause external airflow to enter, resulting in the loss of cold air inside the compartment and an increase in temperature. We should only reduce the opening time of the car door. In addition, stop the operation of the refrigeration unit during cargo handling.
Maintenance of refrigerated trucks
As a special vehicle, refrigerated trucks must pay attention to some precautions before driving to prevent unnecessary poverty during transportation. It is recommended to conduct the following inspections before loading goods and driving each time:
1. The fuel, diesel, or gasoline supply for refrigerated trucks must be sufficient to ensure that the engine runs to at least the next checkpoint.
2. The engine oil level of the refrigerated truck should be supplied at the (full) symbol, and do not overfill (replace once a year).
3. Check the coolant level gauge of the refrigerated truck to see if the coolant level is accurate, and the pointer should be within the white limit. If the coolant level is within the red limit, it is necessary to add coolant to the coolant tank. Usually, the coolant is an inclusion of ethylene glycol and water (based on the actual acceptance ratio of the product at the place of use), and it should be provided that it does not freeze at -34 ℃. Attention: When the coolant is hot, do not open the lid of the coolant tank.
4. The wiring terminals of the refrigerated vehicle battery must be secure and free of corrosion. The electrolyte should be at the full symbol.
5. The belt must be superior and adjusted to the appropriate tightness. A sag of 13mm at the center of the span between the pulleys.
6. Electrical inspection of all electrical discussions in electrical control circuits to ensure their reliability. The wires and terminals should be free of corrosion, burning, cracking, or moisture.
7. Visually inspect the unit for leaks, loose or broken parts, and other damages.
8. The installation gasket of the gasket unit should be firmly pressed and in a superior condition.
9. The condenser and evaporator coils of the refrigerated truck should be clean and free of dirt.
10. Check the defrost drainage device and discuss the defrost drainage hoses to ensure their circulation.
11. When loading goods into the cargo compartment, the evaporator's air outlet and return air outlet should not be obstructed by the goods, and the cold air circulation inside the cargo compartment should be maintained to ensure that there is no hot air inside the compartment
Therefore, scientific maintenance and recuperation can not only ensure the integrity of equipment, but also reduce operating costs.
