The production process of refrigerated car body is now adopted by most of the larger refrigerated car production enterprises in China, which adopt the "sandwich" plate bonding technology of segmented assembly, and the inner and outer skin adopts composite materials such as fiberglass, color steel plate, aluminum alloy, etc. The material of the inner panel should be adjusted to accommodate differences in the transportation of goods, and the most expensive inner panel should be stainless steel. The central interlayer is made of insulation material, mainly accepting polyurethane foam material. High strength adhesive is used on four sides to bond the glass plate and polyurethane foam material together to form a blocking plate; There are also injection foaming methods for segmented assembly and injection foaming methods for overall skeleton. The remaining goods have different requirements for the compartment. For example, refrigerated trucks transporting fresh meat require customized hooks on the compartment; A refrigerated truck for delivering goods to stores requires a multi temperature layer refrigerated truck due to the small quantity and variety of goods; For goods with varying temperature requirements and frequent loading and unloading, it is necessary to open multiple refrigerated trucks.
The power source of the refrigeration unit can be divided into two types: self powered and non self powered units. Self powered units have a separate power source, but the difference lies in the fact that they rely entirely on another unit to generate electricity and maintain power; Non self powered units are completely powered by the engine of the entire vehicle to provide cooling for the engine. The refrigeration unit of the refrigerated truck is usually installed on the front top of the container, with an air conditioning like shape, but has stronger refrigeration capacity than air conditioners of the same volume. Ordinary car models all accept external refrigerators, while a few micro refrigerated cars accept internal refrigerators. For refrigerated trucks with lower temperature requirements, a built-in cold plate can be accepted in the compartment. Choose a refrigeration unit with differential power cooling capacity based on the volume of the refrigerated compartment and the temperature requirements of the transported goods.
