Current domestic and international scale of refrigerated trucks

Current domestic and international scale of refrigerated trucks

1. Current situation of the scale of refrigerated trucks in the sea

In addition to GB 29753-2013, there are also the following standards in China: GB/T 21145-2007 "Refrigeration Units for Transport", JT/T 650-2006 "General Technical Conditions for Refrigerated and Insulated Box Trailers", WB/T 1060-2016 "Technical Specification for Selection of Efficiency of Food Refrigerated Vehicles for Trail Transportation", SB/T 11092-2014 "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Multi temperature Refrigerated Transport Equipment", etc. The Ministry of Transportation is currently drafting "Technical Requirements for Selection of Refrigerated and Insulated Vehicles", This scale was approved in December 2017.

Among all relevant scales in the sea, only WB/T 1060 and SB/T 11092 mention the requirements for refrigerated trucks with multi temperature refrigeration efficiency, and only the structure of the multi temperature refrigeration compartment has been defined, but it is not detailed enough, and there are no requirements for the refrigeration capacity of multi temperature refrigeration efficiency and various requirements for different partitions.

Current status of overseas scale of refrigerated trucks

The refrigerated vehicles for transporting perishable food and biological products through foreign routes, as well as the specialized devices accepted on the vehicles, have solid regulations as guidelines, ensuring the technical performance, product quality, and industry growth.

Currently, the commonly used regulations are ECE/TRANS/249, the European Treaty on the International Transport of Perishable Food and its Special Transport Equipment (ATP), and EN 12642. The European Treaty on the International Transport of Perishable Food and its Special Transport Equipment provides detailed provisions for the transportation and equipment of perishable food, and was revised in 2017; EN 12642 is a scale for the body structure of commercial vehicles in the UK, which is also widely accepted in Europe. The requirements for body structure and testing methods in this scale are exceptionally sound. Meanwhile, booming countries such as Western Europe require vehicles engaged in international transportation of perishable food in their contracting countries to pass ATP certification.
