A refrigerated truck is a specialized vehicle for refrigerated transportation

February 26, 2024
A Refrigerated Truck is a specialized vehicle for refrigerated transportation, specifically designed for transporting perishable goods and goods with specific temperature requirements. Reasonable use and operation of refrigerated trucks can ensure the intact transportation and retention of goods. As refrigerated trucks are specifically designed for use with temperature sensitive products, ensuring temperature is crucial for refrigerated trucks. If used or operated improperly, it may result in the goods not being retained or transported in good condition.

Operation method of 2

The operation methods of refrigerated trucks include the operation of the car chassis, the operation of the insulation chamber, the operation of the refrigeration unit, and the disposal of goods before transportation.

2.1 Operation mode of refrigerated truck chassis

2.1.1 Driving in rainy environments. When it rains, it is important to pay attention to the road conditions. Rainwater can cause slippery roads and oil stains on the road surface. When too much rainwater accumulates on the road surface, do not increase the throttle to avoid affecting the braking system and causing water to enter the electrical components. You should shift to first gear and drive at a steady speed.

2.1.2 Driving in outdoor environments. (1) During night driving in the wilderness, attention should be paid. For example, in the late night, when meeting, the high and low beams should be continuously changed to remind the other party to pay attention. If the other party's high beam is not turned off, be sure to slow down in advance and also prevent unidentified objects such as the same inclined trailer. (2) When parking in the wilderness temporarily, attention should be paid and do not park at turns, areas that deviate from the line of sight, steep slopes, areas with suspicious personnel, or other unsafe places.

2.1.3 Summer driving. (1) Before driving in the summer, it is necessary to confirm that the tire pressure cannot be too high to prevent high-speed tire blowouts. (2) In the summer, if encountering continuous mountain or uphill road conditions and the overall temperature of the vehicle is too high but cannot stop driving, you can turn off the air conditioning, open the windows, turn on the warm air to the maximum, turn on the air damper to the maximum, and the car will cool down in a few minutes.

Driving under adverse road conditions. Driving on rugged mountain roads, due to the volume of the refrigerated compartment and the location of the condenser and evaporator installed in the front upper part of the compartment, the center of gravity of the entire vehicle is raised. To prevent the vehicle from overturning during turns, refueling is required. When driving on mountain roads during the day, be sure to occupy the driver's own lane. When turning downhill at high speed, vehicles should slow down in advance.

2.3.1 Defrosting of refrigeration units for refrigerated trucks. The goods should be kept at a certain distance from the air outlet. The defrosting principle is to use air induction to defrost. If it is too close to the coil inside the evaporator, it will quickly frost or freeze. The air induction switch will be activated first, and the refrigeration unit will immediately enter defrosting mode. The reason for the frequent defrosting of the unit is that the goods are loaded too high and too much.

2.2 Operation mode of refrigerated carriage body

2.1.5 Remote driving. Remote driving (driving the vehicle for more than 3 hours), adjust the driver's seat back to the maximum extent, and drive in a "lying down" attitude, which can reduce the level of physical fatigue.

2.2.2 Internal environment of refrigerated carriages. When using a refrigerated truck, the interior of the compartment should be kept clean. The function of the evaporator fan is to circulate gas inside the compartment. The evaporator fan sucks in packaging paper or other debris left on the ground inside the compartment. The longer the time, the more debris will be sucked into the evaporator coil, and most of the coils will be
