Therefore, due to durability, the post production losses of agricultural products in China have been severe, with logistics damage rates of fruits and vegetables, meat, and aquatic products reaching 20% to 30%, 12%, and 15%. The annual losses of fruits and vegetables alone exceed 100 billion yuan. Due to the increasing demands of the people for quality of life, the standardized growth of the cold chain transportation industry has gradually been put on the national agenda.
In June 2010, the National Development and Reform Commission announced the "Design for the Growth of Cold Chain Logistics of Agricultural Products", which incentivized large cold chain logistics enterprises to purchase refrigerated transportation vehicles, aiming to add 40000 refrigerated transportation vehicles to the whole society by 2015; Improve the law enforcement system for cold chain logistics, further increase the development of mandatory national standards, formulate cold chain logistics operation standards and craftsmanship standards that are in line with international standards, fully implement the role of departments and institutions, make up for the improvement of testing items and content, and establish a comprehensive quality inspection and monitoring mechanism. The implementation of this growth design aims to promote the great growth of China's cold chain industry. Main Craftsmanship Requirements
This scale is applicable to box type refrigerated trucks with mechanical refrigeration. Due to the two structural forms of refrigerated trucks: tank type (transporting liquid food) and box type, the refrigeration sources of refrigerated trucks include liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and mechanical refrigeration (refrigeration unit).
